Return & Exchange

Customers’ satisfaction is important for us. We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible and all photos are authentic. If you have any question about the size or other details, please feel free to contact us through WhatsApp or inbox prior to the purchase. Return All the products are not refundable. However, if the product you ordered is out of stock, store credits will be issued to your account, or a full refund will be processed for you. Exchange One time exchange with receipt is allowed within three days after picking up the products. Please contact us to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unused and undamaged. Sale items, or intimate products such as accessories, swimsuits, undergarments, shoes, and socks are exempt from being exchanged. Fitting service is not offered at the store, except for jackets, shoes and products with different sizes. If the products are tried on at our store already, exchange is not allowed. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for an exchange. Please do not send the product back if exchange is not yet accepted. Faulty Garment In the rare occurrence that if you receive a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or inbox message. The costs of return shipping is covered by the customer. Please note that all the rights for refunds & exchange are reserved by HANNA.
